
Kitashiobara Village
Kitashiobara Village is located in the northwestern part of Fukushima Prefecture and is a village with a population of about 2,800 with its economy based on agriculture and tourism. Located at the foot of Mt.Bandai, one of Japan's 100 Great Mountains, and designated a Michelin Green Guide 1-star in 2016, the village is known for its series of marsh ponds, which is one of the most famous scenic spots in the country.
