  Noda Salt soft serve ice cream

  This is a soft serve ice cream made from natural Noda salt from Noda village, which is sold only at the roadside station “Michinoeki Noda”.   Noda Salt Ramen

  You can enjoy the taste of Noda Shio Ramen at Restaurant Purple (or Paapuru) on the second floor of Michinoeki Noda (Road Station Noda). For a mild taste, "Noda shio" (salt) made with the traditional direct boiling method is kneaded into raw noodles,and also added in the soup. Also, when you top it up with seaweed, wakame(kelp), scallops, etc. it makes the ramen even more delicious.
